If you are interested in joining for a Ph.D, here is some information on possible funding sources. The Zoology department is also a member of the NERC DTP program.

For post-doctoral funding, we are happy to support fellowship applications that either develop existing projects or that explore new ideas on related topics. Funding can be obtained through different routes, e.g.: Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellowships, Human Frontier Science Program, EMBO Long-term fellowships, Royal Commission for the Exhibition of 1851, Newton International Fellowships and Leverhulme Trust Early Career Fellowships. There are also several College Junior Research Fellowships you can apply for (advertised here).  Finally, Dieter Lukas has made an impressive list of the available post-doctoral fellowships that can be accessed here.
